Aged for a minimum of 4 years with the majority up to 7 years the Cognac is bright gold with hints of bronze. Elegant and extraordinarily smooth with notes of peach melon and tobacco on the nose. Sweet spice clove and a hint of vanilla on the palate. Aged a minimum of 4 years the majority of Eaux-de-Vie 7 years old. Grapes hand-harvested 100% Grand Champagne 1er Cru Appellation. 100% Estate Sourced from the top appellation in the region known for greatest finesse and elegance. Distilled in an original pot still from the 1800s. Sessile Oak used to impart more elegance and finesse. Some barrels 50+ years old. ABV: 40%
